School Days

Will has been having great adventures in PreK.  They have library class - this is one of the books he got to check out, his first was all about elephants. He also has music class, and PE.  On United Nations Day, he got to dress in the "native costume" of his home country, so what is more American than a t-shirt, jeans, cowboy boots and a baseball cap?

With all his new friends at school, he's been invited to a few birthday parties.  This one was for Alex, and at the park, everyone got to decorate some toilet paper roll binoculars, then use a magnifying glass to hunt for treasures in the sand.

Valentine's Day kind of stressed me out since those cute little pre-packaged Valentine's are difficult to find here so I printed some animal cards off the internet and made some little animal shaped cookies:)
Aunt Heather scored again with this cool flannel board map and animals.  He is pretty good already at knowing which continents each animal inhabits.
Bedtime has gotten easier, but we had a couple of nights in a row where he decided the stairs and floor made a better bed than his actual one.  Hopefully soon I will have a few more pictures from Miss Alex to further document his school days.
