Finley has lots of nicknames - Fin, Fins, Finners, Miss Fin and Will is super cute when he talks to her because he uses all of them. My favorite is when he wants her to do or not do something and he calls her Finley Moffett - with the appropriate irritated emphasis. Fin has totally climbed on board with real food - she started with a little rice cereal, and has added several more colorful options, and if she doesn't get a couple of choices with each meal, she shows off her impressive new squeal.
Oh my goodness, Arizona in the summer is hot! But with all the friends and family who loved on her, she was able to counteract her dislike of being hot and sweaty.
A little morning nap with her favorite big brother - I love that they are both in the same passed out position!
Grandma, Grandpa Moffett and lots of other family members gave her a definite stamp of approval, and like Will, she met lots of new friends she loved and left. This is Lauren Mittelstadt.
Hope Schlinger had a ball playing with her and being a good little mommy!
She also got to meet Nate's Grandma Stradling and Finley really liked hearing her talk.
Last but not least, she got to try out swimwear:) She had her first pool experience with our friends, the Holgersons in Queen Creek, then a little dip in St. George and finally a beach day at Bear Lake, where she just checked out the water since it is pretty cold! Our adventures have been many, and Fin has been such a good sleeper and traveler - after many short rides in Dubai where she demonstrated the impressive power and duration of her lungs, we were nervous, but she mostly did pretty well in the car and sleeping in lots of new places.

Along with all the food she eats, she loves her toes! And I just watched her roll her way across the floor too. At 5 1/2 months, she was 14 lbs 8 oz and 24 inches long and since she is now 6 months, I need to check out her latest stats.
Aunt Amanda gave her a little trim - she had some really funny flyaways on top of her head.
