By Land or by Sea

Recent animal adventures:  a trip to the Al Ain Zoo - it's pretty cool.  Lots of lions and tigers - and even some white tigers.

 Lots of giraffes, and our friends, the Klopp family who ventured with us.

 A couple of hippos,

 turtles - fun day in the sun.  Even though "it's a long way" (about an hour and a half, with quite a few camels to catch our eye on the way, it was totally worth it for Will after all was said, done and smelled:)

 In Creek Park in Dubai, there is a Dolphinarium, so that was another Saturday adventure.

 While waiting for the show to start, we walked through the park to visit the painted animals.

 Then we got to see some trained seals and their tricks, and the 7 dolphins who jumped and flipped, caught stuff, and one even painted a picture.  The kids were pretty entertained, until the slow point when they auctioned off the dolphin's artwork, and the crowd wasn't really in a buying mood… Luckily, it was close to the end, and we held on and enjoyed another Dubai experience.
