Right now Will loves:
- chocolate & strawberry milk in those fun little boxes
- blueberry pancakes
- his Brown Bear, What do you see? & Polar Bear, What do you hear? books
- the freedom of walking
- straws - (see love of milk boxes)
-his friend Sam
- playing in the sand on the beach
- playing with his sand toys on the rug
- making animal sounds - his favorite are the cow, sheep, rooster and dog - sometimes the cat
- the Christmas tree - and pulling the ornaments off to show me
Right now Will does not love:
- having his runny nose wiped
- having things (remotes, Christmas ornaments, cell phones, knives - yes knives) taken away from him
Right now Mer loves:
- Cooler Weather
- snuggly Will
- Christmas music
- Skype - and our own internet connection
- How much fun Nate has Christmas shopping - and the anticipation
- showing the nativity to Will and explaining all the pieces to him - then listening as he makes the animals sounds for the cow and sheep
-my new phone
Right now Mer does Not love:
- wiping runny noses all day
- feeling fat, but making Christmas cookies anyway:)
- missing home
- thinking ahead to all the papers I will have to grade in the next couple of weeks - why do I assign all my students to write essays at the same time?!
-having to learn how to use my new phone - and remember a new number!
-silly things like having to drive Will to the airport the other morning to prove to the immigration people that he is actually in the country when they don't believe the stamps in his passport - they had to physically SEE him. Honestly.
Right now Nate loves:
- ESPN!!
- Christmas shopping
- his new phone
- running the stairs
- Christmas cookies
- when Mer does the dishes - or better yet when Calista does them so neither of us has to. We are getting way too spoiled.
- Almarai chocolate milk - it is amazing!
- going to the beach
-Skype
Right now Nate does not love -
- running the stairs - or the reasons why he does it
- waiting on his visa
- waiting on the cable people - 4th try is the charm? Maybe?
- crazy drivers in Dubai
- the weird schedules on ESPN - lots of his games start at 4 or 5 in the morning. Grrr.
I could go on, but I'll save more for another day - Merry Christmas!

loving your lists ... and i love the pics. i haven't visited for a little while. :) i seriously can't believe there are camels on the beach! jas looked with me and was like, "wow. they really are clear over there!" apparently it takes a camel to make it real. :)
